健身房的好处 The Advantages of Going to the Gym

Nowadays, going to gym after work is most people’s choice, because they need to be keep fit. The young blue and white collar sit in their offices all the daytime and they lack of exercise, most of them are in the sub-health state. They realize the importance of taking exercise and more gyms have been opened to meet their needs. In my opinion, we can not only exercise our body, but also to have fun. The gym provides people a place to make friends. They can find someone who has the same interest with them, and then just talk to them. They can forget about the annoyance and just relax themselves. Some girls like to do yoga while some boys like to play badmiton. They can choose whatever they like, which is good for keeping good mood. 
现在,很多人选择下班后去健身房因为他们需要保持身体健康。年轻的蓝领和白领总是一整天一整天的坐在办公室,缺乏锻炼,很大一部分人都是处于亚健康状态。他们意识到锻炼的重要性,也有开设了越来越多的健身房来满足他们的需求。在我看来,锻炼不仅仅是锻炼身体,还可以获得乐趣。健身房给大家提供了一个交朋友的平台。他们可以找到有相同的兴趣的人,然后与之交流。这样可以忘记烦恼,放松自己。有些女孩喜欢做瑜伽,有些男孩喜欢打羽毛球。他们可以选择任何他们喜欢的运动,这有利于保持好心情。
